Empty relationships
Empty relationships leave you empty!
They do not feed you, they do not increase you, they do not make you better, they don't push you to the next level. ...empty relationships do not take you toward destiny. they actually make you worst. Empty relationships are distractions.. an empty relationship is where you are doing all the work and the other person does nothing.
I am a guilty of serving empty relationships...holding on to people because of what I thought or wanted them to fulfill..not realizing they were just making me more empty.. I was empty because they were taking more out of me then they were pouring into me. ....I was giving more than I was recieving. I was giving these people everything I knew how. Making sacrifices, spreading my emotions thin, and even putting those people before myself...
why hold onto things or people that don't serve us in any way? It's doing a disservice to yourself to hold onto people who never see your worth or value you the way you value them. Its like pouring out all your heart and have it thrown in the trash. It hurts to give so much to someone and receive nothing in return.
Empty relationships give birth to feelings of anger, bitterness, resentment, and even regret. Empty relationships can even make you feel unworthy or like you're not enough. You give your all to a person but they still take you for granted. They don't value you or acknowledge the things you do. Usually the person isn't aware of their actions, which frustrate you more. Empty relationships are chaotic. Empty relationships make you confused. They have no organization or purpose... the relationship isn't going anywhere... empty relationships are a dead end. Empty relationships take you no where. If a person is in your circle and they don't add purpose or meaning to your life or push you to the next level, then that relationship doesn't help your growth as a person. An empty is just a waste of time. A fulfilling relationship is one where all parties involved are both giving and receiving equally. A fulfilling relationship is when all parties involved value each other the same or working together for the same purpose.
Don't allow someone to half-fill you!!!!
If the relationship isn't increasing you, it's depleting you.----- QueenPoetLove
